I’m an Assistant Professor who works at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. I direct the Cell and Gene Therapy lab, do clinical research, lead an informatics group, and teach R to healthcare professionals.
I’m a bioinformatics PhD student at Iowa State University studying the impact of agriculture on microbial diversity and the spread of antibiotic resistance. I like reproducible research, literate programming, and teaching.
